Getting Started

    Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell in bend of your elbows.

  • 2

    Squat down while keeping your elbows straight and return to the standing position.

  • 3

    Stop when your thighs are parallel to the ground and slowly return to the standing position, moving your arms back at your sides.
