Getting Started

    Hold the grips of the pull-up equipment with your hands as wide as the pull up equipment allows, palms facing forward, and suspend your body in a hanging position.

  • 2

    Squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your chest towards the pull-up.

  • 3

    Stop when the bar is in front of your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
