Getting Started


  • 1

    Start by hanging from a pull-up bar with your palms facing away from your body and your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

    Engage your core and pull your chest up towards the bar, keeping your elbows close to your body.

  • 3

    Slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position.

  • 4

    Repeat for the desired number of reps.
