Getting Started

    Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells in front of your thighs with straight elbows.

  • 2

    Pull the dumbbells up in a vertical line up to your neck height by bending your elbows outwards.

  • 3

    Slowly lower the dumbbells into the starting position and repeat the exercise.
