Get Started With Seated Cable Row
Begin by sitting down on the machine and adjusting the seat height so that the handles are at the level of your mid-torso.
Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping your back straight and your shoulders down and back.
Without leaning forward, pull the handles back towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Slowly release the handles back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
