Getting Started

Stand in front of a cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.

Grasp the cable handle with an overhand grip and pull it up towards your chin, keeping your elbows close to your body.

Lower the cable handle back down to the starting position and repeat.

Ensure that you keep your spine straight and your shoulders back while performing the exercise.
