Getting Started


  • 1

    Sit tight on the machine by placing your body between the back pad and grasp the handles of the machine.

  • 2

    Press through your elbows on the elbow pad.

  • 3

    Lower your hands by extending your arms frontwards.

  • 4

    Stop when arms are fully extended and slowly return to starting position.

  • 5

    Repeat
