Getting Started

Start out the exercise by putting the bench (or chair) behind you.

Look away from the bench, bend down and place the palms of your hands fully extended on to the bench.

With the starting position established, lower your body by bending at the elbows to right around 90 degrees.

Utilizing your triceps, lift your body up back into the starting position and repeat.
