Getting Started

Strap a weight belt around your waist and stand tall in front of the dip stand and grasp the handles. Press through your hands, and lift your feet off the floor.

Bend your knees and place one foot on top of the other (starting position).

Raise your body towards the ceiling by straightening your elbows.
- 4
Slowly lower your body into the starting position by bending your elbows.
- 5
Raise your body again by straightening your elbows.
- 6
Repeat.
