Get Started With Triceps Dip (Assisted)

Stand tall in front of the machine and grasp the handles. Press through your hands, and lift your feet off the floor.

Bend your knees and place them on the assist pad.

Raise your body towards the ceiling by straightening your elbows.
- 4
Slowly lower your body into the starting position by bending your elbows. Raise your body again by straightening your elbows.
- 5
Repeat.
