Get Started With Triceps Dip
Sit on the floor with your legs straight and feet placed on the ground and back straight.
Move your arms slightly backward and place your hands on a step placed behind you.
Press through your hands, and lift your hips off the ground until your arms/elbows are straight.
Slowly lower the buttocks towards the ground by bending your elbows and lift your hips again when they are few inches away from the ground.
