Get Started With T Bar Row
Stand tall with your feet wider than your hip-width with an end of a barbell placed in between your feet. Leaning forward, bend your knees slightly, and grip the handle of the barbell.
Lift one end of the barbell off the ground, bringing it towards your chest by bending your elbows and moving your arms in the backward direction.
Hold for a moment and slowly lower it down to the ground.
Repeat the movement.
