    Lie on your belly with arms stretched out in front and palms placed on the ground.

    Slowly raise your arms and legs off the ground together so that your body is in a curved position.

  • 3

    Hold for a second and slowly lower them to the ground. Repeat the movement, raising the arms and legs together.
