Getting Started

Hold the inner parallel grips of the pull-up equipment with your hands, palms facing towards each other, and suspend your body in a hanging position.

Squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your chest towards the pull-up while leaning backwards and point your chest to the ceiling.

Stop when the bar is in front of your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
