Getting Started

Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a pair of dumbbells at shoulder level with your palms facing forwards.

Engage your core and keep your back straight.

Slowly press the dumbbells up above your head, extending your arms until they are straight.
- 4
Hold for a moment at the top of the press.
- 5
Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level with control.
- 6
Repeat for desired number of reps.
