Get Started With Seated Overhead Press (Barbell)
Sit on a bench with your feet firmly placed on the ground.
Grab a barbell with hands a bit wider than shoulder width, raise your arms to shoulder height and bend your elbows to 90 degrees with palms facing forward.
Press the barbell towards the ceiling by straightening your elbows taking your arms overhead.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
