Get Started With Standing Leg Curls

Stand chest first on the leg curl machine in a way that your armpits are just touching the top of the sloped section, and grab the handles firmly.

Place one of your legs under the leg pad, with the other foot firm on the floor, and perform a curl by bending the knees to about 45 degrees.

Return to starting position and repeat.
