Get Started With Glute Ham Raise

Set yourself face down on the glute ham raise equipment with hands behind your head and feet placed underneath the foot support pad.

With feet firmly placed on the machine, lift your whole body to the ceiling until your torso is almost vertical to the ground.
- 3
Slowly lower your torso towards the ground and repeat the movement.
