    Lie chest first on the leg curl machine in a way that your armpits are just touching the top of the sloped section, and grab the handles firmly.

  • 2

    Place the middle of the back of your leg under the leg pad, with legs extended, and perform a curl with both legs by bending the knees to about 45 degrees.

  • 3

    Return to starting position and repeat.
