Getting Started

    Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at sides on the stair machine.

  • 2

    Raise your one foot and opposite arm at the same time bringing one foot on top stair and repeat along the machine steps with alternating feet.

  • 3

    Repeat until desired time is achieved.
