Getting Started

    Stand tall, keep your hands at sides and place a step in front of you.

  • 2

    Place your one foot on the step and step up, pressing through the heel to straighten your leg.

  • 3

    Place the other foot on the step as well, step back and stand on the ground.

  • 4

    Repeat the sequence.
