Stand tall in front of the suspension and grab the handles, and slowly lean your body backwards towards the ground while straightening the arms. With your feet firmly placed onto the ground shoulder width wide, lower your buttocks towards the ground by bending your knees.

Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
