Getting Started


  • 1

    Stand with your feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward.

  • 2

    Lower into a squat position, keeping your chest lifted and bringing your arms out in front of you for balance.

  • 3

    Explosively jump up, using your arms to help propel you.

  • 4

    When you land, immediately lower back into a squat.

  • 5

    Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
