Getting Started


  • 1

    Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, and arms slightly bent while holding with extended arms at your front a cable (for rowing).

  • 2

    With your feet firmly placed onto the ground, perform a row by pulling with both arms in reverse and let them return slowly, lower your buttocks towards the ground by bending your knees.

  • 3

    Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
