    Get down to the floor and assume a plank position with your body weight on your palms with straight arms and toes.

  • 2

    With bodyweight pressed onto your palms, bend your one knee and bring towards the same sides elbow and bring it back.

  • 3

    Bend your other knee and do the same.

  • 4

    Repeat with alternate knee.
