Get Started With Snowboarding

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised to shoulder height from the front.

Squat down by bending your hips and knees and touching the ground with one hand.

Push your toes and jump straight up in the air when your thighs are parallel to the ground and spin your whole body 180 degrees.

Land softly on your toes and repeat the sequence.
