Get Started With Skating
- 1Stand tall with your feet slightly wider than your hip-width and arms at sides. 
- 2Bend your knees and hips slightly and shift your weight onto the right leg while simultaneously bending the other knee and bring that leg behind your right thigh. 
- 3Lean forward as you perform these movements. 
- 4Now shift your weight to the left foot and perform the same movements.
