Getting Started

    Lie down on a flat bench with knees bent and feet placed on the ground.

    Hold the dumbbells, shoulder wide, with straightened arms directly over your chest and slowly lower the dumbbells towards your skull by bending your elbows.

  • 3

    Stop when elbows are fully bent and just inches above your skull and return to the starting position by straightening your elbows.
