Getting Started

    Sit down on the machine, holding the cable grip above your head with your one hand and palm facing backwards.

    Keeping your head stable, bring the cable grip close to your chest by bending your elbows.

  • 3

    Let the grip return to the starting position while holding it.

  • 4

    Repeat the exercise.
