Get Started With Shoulder Press (Dumbbell)
Start by sitting on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level, with your palms facing forward.
Push the dumbbells upward until your arms are fully extended above your head.
Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
