    Sit on the rowing machine, with a straight back, grab the bar with both hands(2 fists wider than shoulder width).

    Bring your arms and elbows in a backward direction, squeezing your back, while keeping your torso as still as possible.

    Slowly bring the bar to starting position and repeat the sequence.
