Getting Started

Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and cross hold cable at the upper lever of the cable machine, with one arm, palm facing the extended cable.

With arm crossed and extended, squeeze your shoulder blade and extend your arms backwards in a flying movement.

Slowly return to the starting position, and repeat.
