Getting Started

    Get on your hands and feet in push up position. Lock your arms out and make your body into a straight line.

    Have your partner put the weight on your back. (weighted plate, chains, etc) or a weighted vest.

  • 3

    Bending at the elbows lower your chest to the ground and then push yourself back upwards to starting position.

  • 4

    This completes one repetition.
