Getting Started

Spot your feet on a seat or a raised stage and get into the push-up position with your hands marginally more extensive than shoulder-width apart.

Place your feet on the seat and your arms holding your torso up, start the exercise by dropping yourself downward toward the ground while keeping your whole body in a straight line.

Lower your chest as near the ground as you can. From there pause (hold the position), then propel yourself back up to beginning position.
