Get Started With Pull Up (Assisted)

    Hold the grips of the pull-up machine with your hands wider than your shoulder width, palms facing forward, and place your knees on knee pad.

    Squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your chest towards the pull-up.

  • 3

    Stop when the bar is in front of your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
