Getting Started

Hold the grips of the pull-up bar with your hands a bit wider than your shoulder width, palms facing forward, and suspend your body in a hanging position.

Squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your chest towards the pull-up with a momentum bring your chest above bar and extend elbows.

Stop when the bar opposite of your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
