Getting Started


  • 1

    Grab the pull-up bar with your hands, right around shoulder width apart.

  • 2

    Pull up until your chin is above the bar.

  • 3

    Adjust your chest outward from the bar and lower your body down.

  • 4

    On your way downward, tighten your core and as you reach the bottom, begin to swing your knees upward and pull yourself back up.
