Get Started With Low Row (Suspension)

Stand tall in front of the suspension and grab the handles, and slowly lean your body backwards towards the ground while straightening the arms.

Bend both elbows and pull your body towards the handles, raising the body towards the ceiling.

Stop until elbows are fully bent.
- 4
Hold the final position for a few seconds and slowly return to the starting position.
