Get Started With Knee Raise Parallel Bars

    Set the bars parallel, side by side. Stand in the middle and grab both bars.

    Suspend your body in a hanging position and bring your knees towards your chest by bending your hips, knees and pushing with your core upwards.

    Slowly lower your legs into the starting position and repeat the exercise.
