Getting Started

    Put your kettlebell on the floor and With your feet approximately shoulder distance apart sit backward and load your hips, grabbing your kettlebell.

    Bend forward at your waist pushing your butt back so your torso is parallel to the floor in front of you.

  • 3

    Swing the kettlebell between your lags and then immediately straighten your posture and lock the kettlebell above your head.

  • 4

    When the kettlebell reaches your shoulder height, rotate your wrists so palms face forward.

  • 5

    Lower the kettlebell back down.
