Getting Started

    Start in a straight standing position with your feet hip width apart and arms down by your side.

    Move your knees into a bending position and lower your hips while placing your hands onto the ground & doing a leg extension/kick behind you (as flat as possible) as you move downward.

  • 3

    Now arch your back so both arms straighten out.

  • 4

    The last step is to bring your feed forward in a quick motion and push yourself up off the ground and stand up straight.
