Getting Started


  • 1

    Start by laying faceup on the floor, with your feet pushed together.

    Raise your feet around 6 inches off the ground.

  • 3

    Bring your arms overhead and press your lower back ont the floor, tightening your core.

  • 4

    Raise your arms and legs off the ground.

  • 5

    Slowly rock your body forward as you continue to hold your arms and legs off of the floor.
