Getting Started


  • 1

    Lie on your back with knees bent, and feet pressed on the ground and hands at your sides.

  • 2

    Lift your upper back and shoulder blades off the floor and side bend to the left, bringing your left hand to touch your left heel.

  • 3

    Switch sides bringing your right hand to your right heel, and perform the desired number of repetitions.
