Getting Started

    Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides.

  • 2

    Inhale, rotate your palm towards the ground, and raise one dumbbell to your shoulder height keeping your elbows straight.

  • 3

    Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the same movement with the other arm.
