    Set the cable handles at lower notch and stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a cable grip at your front.

  • 2

    Inhale, raise cable to your shoulder height keeping your elbows straight.

  • 3

    Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the same movement with same arm.
