Getting Started

    Begin by standing with feet hip-width apart and a weight in each hand.

    The weights can be dumbbells, kettlebells, or anything else that is heavy enough to challenge you.

    Brace your core and keep your chest up as you lift the weights off the ground.

  • 4

    Take a step forward with your right foot, then your left foot.

  • 5

    Continue taking alternating steps, allowing your arms to swing naturally as you walk.

  • 6

    Take a few steps forward, then turn around and walk back to your starting point.

  • 7

    Repeat for the desired number of steps or time.
