Getting Started

    Stand in front of the cable machine and grasp the rope grips with both hands at the front of your forehead.

  • 2

    Keeping your arms extended, pull the cable towards your forehead by bending your elbows.

  • 3

    Slowly return to the starting position by straightening your elbows and repeat the exercise.
