Get Started With Climbing

    Grab with one hand the support boulder in front of you and raise the other arm and firmly grab the boulder above you.

    Bring your knee towards your chest, placing your foot safely on a space within a boulder and push with it while pulling with the elevated arm.

  • 3

    Repeat the movement with alternate legs and arms until you get on top.
