Get Started With Clean and Jerk
Position yourself in front of a barbell & hold it with an overhand grip.
Whilte bending at the knees, slightly bend your body forward and keep your focus straight ahead.
Get into a squat position and propel your body with the barbell upward to your chest & let it rest.
Lift the barbell above your head while shifting your legs apart. Once completing this move you should have one foot (the lead) in front, and one foot behind to support the lift.
Hold the bar above your head and bring it down to the floor.
