Getting Started

    Wear a weight belt and hold the grips of the chin-up equipment with your hands a bit closer than shoulder width, palms facing towards you, and let your body suspend.

  • 2

    Squeeze your shoulder blades and raise your chest towards the chin-up.

  • 3

    Stop when the bar is in front of your chest and slowly return to the starting position.
